MARINA POLESANA is a new marina that has been operational since April 2022. It is located on the islet of Sveta Katarina off the northern coast of the Pula Bay, with pontoons anchored along the coast of the bay of Monumenti. The marina has a restaurant, café bar, a small grocery shop, a nautical shop, charter company offices and other facilities. In 2025, the luxury Heritage Hotel & Monumenti Resort opened next to the marina. Construction continues on the service zone with additional 150 sea berths.
